The British Chambers of Commerce estimate that as many as 1 in 8 office workers will be affected by Swine Flu by the end of October.

Following the Chamber’s online seminar last week we have put together a (very) brief guide to help Stirling businesses to prepare properly and minimise lost productivity caused by the spread of the infection.

By putting simple procedures and the correct infrastructure in place you can:

*  allow staff work from home
*  effectively share documents on the network
*  share company contacts and key information
*  conduct meetings online

You will most likely have the equipment you need to do all of this but it may not be correctly configured yet.
