Professor Matthias Mann, one of the world’s most prominent scientists, and a pioneer in the field of mass spectrometry and proteomics
Sir Paul Nurse, a leading British biochemist who was jointly awarded the 2001 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine
Sir David Weatherall, a leading world expert in haematology
Professor Frank Walsh, a leading advocate of translational medicine and Professor of Neuroscience at Kings College London

There will be photo opportunities with each of the Honorary Graduates before the ceremony in the Robing Room of Dundee City Chambers. These will be from 9.30 am for the morning ceremonies (which begin at 10 am) and 2 pm for the afternoon ceremonies (which begin at 2.30 pm)
The ceremonies where honorary degrees will be conferred are:
Wednesday 24th June, 2.30 pm - Richard Holloway
Thursday 25th June, 10 am - Professor Matthias Mann and Professor Frank Walsh
Friday 26th June, 2.30 pm - Wendy Houvenaghel, Sir David Weatherall and Sir Paul Nurse
