Alisdair teaches Cheng Man-Ch'ing and Yang style T'ai Chi and Daoyin Yangsheng Gong Qigong. Forms, weapons, other qigong (Chi Kung) and partner work also available.

Classes on Tuesdays in The Dance Bank, Burghmuir Road, Perth (7pm - 9pm) and Luncarty Memorial Hall on Fridays (6.30pm - 8.30pm)

Individual tuition available on application.

Alisdair is an instructor member of the 7 Stars School of Taijiquan and is registered as an instructor with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britan. He also has coach level membership of the British Council for Chinese Martial Arts with whom he is insured.
